We will inventory, photograph, and prepare advertisments and brochures to ensure a successful sale. We will prepare the contents for auction, as well as have day of auction staff in place. Computer generated reports will let you know instantaneously your gross sales. An auction can be completed within 2-3 weeks.
If desired, we can completely broom clean a house after the auction to be ready for the next occupant. If you wish to have items removed from the home to a neutral location, we have that service available also. Please email or call us for a non-obligatory proposal.
